Health

• Dogs must be vaccinated against core infectious diseases and kennel cough. 

• Dogs must be given regular worming and flea & tick treatment. 

• Vaccination, worming and flea & tick treatment must be described and recorded on your dog's daycare record. 

• It is the owners responsibility to keep this information up to date. 

• We expect dogs with long hair on their legs, feet and underbelly to be groomed regularly and the coat to be kept at a reasonable length. ​

Drop off & collection times 

• Drop off time is between 7.30am and 9am.

• Please ensure your dog has had ample opportunity to go to the toilet before they arrive at daycare. 

• Collection time is between 3.30pm and 6pm.

• If you need to pick your dog up between 9am and 3.30pm please arrange this with daycare staff in advance of the session.

• There is no flexibility with our closing time of 6pm. 

• A late collection fee will apply if you do not collect your dog on time. 

Illness/Injury

• If your dog is unwell please do not bring them to daycare. 

• Symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhoea, eye, ear or skin irritation, coughing or lethargy are all signs that your dog may have an infectious illness and should not mix with other dogs. 

• Please seek advice from your vet. 

• Dogs can return to daycare on your vets advice or after 24 hours symptom free. 

• We are not able to look after dogs in post operative recovery or if they are on restricted exercise due to physical injury. 

Attendance & Cancellation

• Dogs must attend daycare at least once per week to stay registered [apart from holidays/illness].

• We require a minimum of 48 hours of cancellation, less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full for the missed session/s. 

• We politely ask that you avoid cancelling daycare sessions whenever possible. 

• It is difficult to fill daycare spaces at short notice and we are often having to decline booking request for our busy midweek days.
